Terms of Service

Welcome to the Dream Mausoleum! I’ll need you to sign here, here, and a drop of blood here. 

 

GENERAL TERMS

  • Prices are subject to change as I see fit.
         

  • I have the right to reject any commission request that I do not feel comfortable or capable of drawing for any reason.
         

  • Please keep in mind that I do have a full time day job. I work Mon-Wed, Fri & Sat in the evenings, and my turnaround time will reflect that. I appreciate any patience you can spare.                                                        

  • NFTs are prohibited, violators will be blacklisted.
         

  • I will automatically refuse commissions that involve the following:
     

  • Mechanics/Mechanical designs
     

  • The following species: Apes, monkeys. Elephants, hippos, rhinos.     Horses, pigs.
     

  • NSFW content (including any and all fetish topics)
     

  • Reference images with NSFW content
     

  • Hateful, ignorant, or discriminatory topics. Try and sneak it past me and I will blacklist you eternally.

 

Reference images must be up to date, unshaded (or at least with a color palette to pick from), and not include any NSFW imagery.

Descriptions must be short and concise (lists favored), small paragraphs are okay. I will lose details otherwise.


 

PAYMENT

 

  • All prices are set in USD and payment will be taken     through PayPal.    
         

  • Commissions will be paid in full upon approval of the sketch.
         

  • I will not release the final piece until I have received payment.
         

  • Please wait for me to send you an invoice, don’t send it ahead of time.    
     


 

PROCESS AND DELIVERY

 

  • I will notify you when I have a final sketch. At this point, you are able to request any changes or fixes to the work.     Once you approve the sketch- you lose the rights to a refund.
         

  • You are more than welcome to request updates at any given time on the piece, I will reply as quickly as I am able to with an updated screen capture.  Keep in mind- you may not find much progress if you ask daily.
         

  • If the buyer fails to respond to communication within 1 month, I will put the order on hold. Things happen, I understand. Please keep me in the loop.
         

  • If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the completed piece, you will be notified ASAP.    
         

  • Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image. You are also welcome to have it printed yourself, you can post it anywhere you’d like. (Please  download/save the image in the event of a catastrophic failure of my uploading service.) The password is oolong.
     

 

REVISIONS

  • A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing; unless it was a mistake based on my misunderstanding.
         

  • If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make.
         

  • In painted portraits, large changes MUST BE MADE in the sketch stage.    
         

  • If your commission requires a large number of revisions due to an unclear or out of date reference, there will be an additional cost.
     

 

REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

 

  • The buyer agrees to no charge backs or refunds once the sketch is completed.
         

  • If for any reason I am unable to start or complete your piece, you will be notified and offered a full refund.
         

  • If you cancel your order before I have started it, no invoice will be sent. *Message me to cancel, please.
         

  • I cannot refund your commission if you decide that you cannot afford it. Please be sure that you have the money available to spend before you decide to commission me.
         

  • If for any reason you can no longer pay, I will hold off on continuing the piece until I have received payment. *Please let me know in advance.
         

  • If I have authorized a refund, do not request a Paypal charge back. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
         

  • If you request a Paypal charge back at any point- I will decline the charge back and supply Paypal with our conversations as evidence that I have completed work for you.    
     
    Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from my future sales and commissions.

If the buyer breaks any of the terms stated above they will lose all the rights to the work, and I will have the right to profit further from the commissioned artwork in any way I see fit.
